Entry for September 30, 2006
Ok if this isnt hilarious. So my mom takes Brandon and Ben last night. Which this is the first time Ben has spent the night with anyone. And only the second or third time Brandon has spent the night outside of the house. Brandon has spent the night at my sisters house , my moms house and a friend of his. So we didnt know if Ben would end up staying or not but he did.
Ok so the funny part is me and Josh got to go out to dinner together. (Faith was there) but she is really, really good so that didnt matter. So we go to the Macaroni Grill. He gets a couple glasses of wine, we get an appetizer, a salad with our meal, and dessert which it still didnt cost us that much but we were splurging this is only the second time we have gotten to go out in probably the last 3 years. It was nice, yummy and filling. So we get done with dinner about 7:30 and we go home watch tv and fall asleep around 10:00 OK WE HAVE NO KIDS, and we are in bed by 10:00. It was funny though cause it felt wierd not having to put the kids to bed, brush teeth, read a story. And this morning when I woke up I was like ok what am I going to do. We had to go to soccer practice and I only had to get me and Faith ready. I am so use to screaming and running around the house. "Brandon find your shoes", Ben get your jacket, Go back in the house and get your soccer ball, You forgot WHAT and having to turn around and go back and get something. I had a couple of minutes to just relax. (RELAX) how do you do that. I forgot. But I still missed them funny how you miss them only after a few hours.
