Entry for March 19, 2008

Well we had to visit the dentist today. Always something fun to do. Brandon always gets so nervous before we go. I dont know why it doesnt hurt him. But he always has bad luck when we go. It doesnt matter how many times a day we brush and floss his teeth he always gets bad news. The dentist even said some people just dont have very good teeth. Hopefully when he gets his permanent teeth in, we dont have this same luck, we will see. Ben on the other hand had a perfect checkup just like he always does. Wish we had more fun things to share about our spring break but the weather just hasnt been to nice to us this week. I think Josh and the boys are gonna have some outside time tomorrow while me and Faith clean the house before the big Easter get together on Sunday.

Entry for March 17, 2008

Today we went to Airzone with some friends. We had alot of fun. For those of you who dont know its a place filled with inflatable slides and bouncers for the kids to run on, jump on and have a blast. It is 6 dollars per kid and you get to play for an hour and a half. They also have snacks, a coffee bar and a smoothie bar. You have to sign a waiver and I see why. Brandon walked out with a black eye and Ben walked out with a sore leg. But they only let so many people in so thankgoodness we got there a little early cause it filled up quick. Ben gets to go again Friday with a friend for his bday. Then we hit McDonald's afterwards and now the kids are all resting quietly. So back to my chores.

Entry for March 15, 2008

We have been super busy in this household lately. Last weekend we went to Childrens Orchard they had Dora and Diego there. Faith is in love with Dora and Diego she just kept going up to them and hugging them and did not want to leave. My awesome friend Brandi went with us and she took Faith over to get her picture taken. I didnt know how she would do if she could see mommy but I think she forgot I was there when she saw the bunnies. Then Brandi kept an eye on her so I could get some shorts for Brandon.
This last week I have been doing lots of stuff around the house. I am in the spring cleaning mood and I have definately kept myself busy. I will be having lots of company over at my house over the next few weeks and I guess that has motivated me into getting organized.
Brandon and Ben are on spring break through the 24th plus Josh took this week off so we are going to try and get alot of stuff done around the house but also try to have some quality hanging out time together.
Today Josh took Brandon to Science City it was a go and see it with boyscouts they spent about 4 hours there and me and my sis Jamie, Faith, and Ben went running around and I found some awesome deals. I dont get to go shopping much so it is so much fun when I do get too. We went to Old Time Pottery which I love they have such awesome deals, and World Market which I also love they are a bit more pricey though but also have alot of awesome things I would love to have. But just decided to look at.

Entry for March 04, 2008

Brandon made cupcakes for his den meeting this evening. Josh and Brandon are in charge of the meeting tonight and Brandon is trying to do a couple of electives. One of them was making snack for the den. He did everything and really enjoyed it. While he was filling the cupcake papers he said my arm is gettting tired. He says cooking is hard. I said just remember that when I am in the kitchen. He started laughing. Also he cracked one of the eggs and then licked his fingers. I said Brandon you cant do that. And then explained why. He really loved using the mixer. He did very well and will even be able to tell all his friends tonight. Good job Brandon.
